One of our projects was a new construction work 1st fixes. We always use metal capping this is so cables can be pulled up or down when carrying out modifications or certain repairs this saves having to re chase out the cables to undertake any modification or repair meaning no mess or costly redecoration after the repair or modification has been done.
The fitting of 25mm deep back boxes as standard in all our jobs means customers at the convenience can change white plastic faceplates for slim metal flat plate ranges without the need of having to change the back box meaning again no fuss no mess no costly decoration if the walls are damaged sinking in deeper boxes.
We also did installation of concealed sockets boxes within a tiled floor so that the customer having a large lounge has power cables for recliner chairs and table lamps concealed under or around sofa’s etc so no trailing leads across the floors.
